Trim-Life Weight Release group. An eight-week, closed group for individuals looking to release weight. Trim-Life Weight Release Program is not a diet program. It is a way to change your eating habits FOREVER! Trim-Life uses hypnosis to identify and relearn eating habits, increase motivation, and identify past messages that have kept you stuck. As your subconscious mind shifts to healthier eating habits you will NOT feel deprived. You will find you eat regular food and are content. Trim-Life is one flat fee for the entire program (excluding individual sessions). You receive eight group sessions, self-hypnosis CD's to be used at home, the Trim-Life book, and the work book. Slimworks® is a non-diet, mindful eating approach for managing weight and examining the underlying emotional issues for compulsive overeating and binge eating. Within this supportive, nurturing group, participants will learn to eat according to their true physical hunger, stop when comfortably satisfied, acquire techniques & strategies to manage emotions & life stresses, improve self-image & body image, set healthy boundaries, reframe negative self-talk, break free from the diet mentality, and change unhealthy eating habits & patterns. By addressing these issues, the body will naturally and effortlessly gravitate toward a healthy, sustainable weight.
